Southern Moms Love EBS Facial Cream
Big hair and big voices don't have to mean big wrinkles. Southern belles need to look their very best no matter what their age is, which is why many have EB5 facial cream in their medicine cabinets. This cream gets smeared across the face in the morning and the evening to help turn back the clock against time.
When you're suffering from crow's feet, feather lips, blotchy dry skin or those pesky wrinkles that seem to be popping up after every birthday, there's a solution. The EB5 facial cream is affordable and provides results without any kind of special chemicals or injections. The cream is packed with Vitamin A, E and B5 to help improve the collagen within the cells of the skin to smooth out all of those wrinkles.
The amount of ingredients and what the EB5 facial cream is capable of is like using 5 different creams. You don't need ant-aging serums, moisturizer, and half a dozen other creams. All you need is this one. It's got a greaseless base that goes on smooth without clogging the pores or making the skin feel sticky like some of the other products out there. For all the southern mommas that hate trying to hide their wrinkles, it's time to do something about it. Go ahead and smear this cream on everyday and tease up your hair. It's time to get out there and look good.
SAT Advice From a Guidance Counselor
As a high school guidance counselor, I understand the importance of SAT scores in the college admissions process. Everyday, students and parents address me with questions about how to prepare for and score competitively on the SAT. My answer is always that SAT test prep is an integral part of their success.
Many SAT prep options are available to high school students. Free SAT prep is an appealing choice for parents already struggling to save money for college. Although some will tell you that traditional SAT courses are the only way to go, free sat test prep available through companies like B Line Test Prep is just as effective if not more so. Their proven online system allows students to work from home at their own pace, while explaining why they get answers wrong and analyzing progress. In my experience, this free SAT practice has been the most effective option for high school students. Their SAT scores speak for themselves.
Looking Into Mortgage Refinancing
Lately I've been very tempted to refinance my mortgage to save some money every month. The current mortgage rates are excellent when compared to the 6 percent that I originally financed the house with. Having lower interest on the mortgage puts a couple hundred dollars in my pocket, if not more, giving me more room in the budget every month. That means I can buy something special for myself or the family, go out to dinner more frequently if we want to or simply save more money.
The reason why I haven't gone and done it yet boils down to procrastination. I keep reading and hearing that the Federal Reserve has no intention on raising interest rates for the forseeable future, which keeps mortgage rates low. However, I really should get off of my duff and get started. Those low mortgage rates are going to be gone before I know it!
I do know that I need to get some homework done first before I can refinance into one of the lower mortgage rates available. The first thing to look into is our credit score. A low score makes it more difficult to refinance, although getting even one percent lower saves money. I also need to look into the fees to find out if they need to be paid up front or not. Another issue is that the fees may negate the savings from lower mortgage rates, so I need to be careful. Wish me luck!
